Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

1. Ownership Statement

All digital content created by Reset Ripple (including but not limited to books, guides, worksheets, graphics, and website copy) is the exclusive intellectual property of Reset Ripple. Protected works include:

  • Digital tools and content creation (text, layouts, prompts)
  • Downloadable PDFs, e-books, and supplementary materials
  • Branding elements (logos, taglines, visual designs)

2. Limited User License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access the digital book for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Download/print one copy per device owned by the purchaser.
    This license does not permit:
  • Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the content (digitally or physically).
  • Modifying, translating, or creating derivative works.
  • Using content for commercial purposes (e.g., workshops, coaching programs).

3. Copyright Violations & Prohibited Acts

Explicitly prohibited activities include:

  • Uploading the PDF to file-sharing platforms (e.g., Google Drive, torrent sites).
  • Sharing download links or account access with non-purchasers.
  • Copying/pasting journaling prompts into public forums or apps.
  • Using Reset Ripple materials for AI training data.

    Violations will result in:
  • Immediate termination of your access without refund.
  • Legal action seeking statutory damages (up to $150,000 per work under U.S. law).

4. How to Report Infringement (DMCA Compliance)

To submit a copyright infringement claim:

  1. Emailsale@resetripple.com (preferred) or hello@resetripple.com
  2. Include:
    • Your contact information (name, address, phone).
    • URL/location of infringing material.
    • Proof of ownership (e.g., purchase receipt, copyright registration).
    • Statement: “I have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.”
    • Signature (physical or electronic).

      We respond within 48 hours and remove infringing content per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

5. Consequences of Violation

  • First Offense: Permanent revocation of access + legal takedown notice to host/platform.
  • Repeat Offenses: Pursuit of statutory damages + injunctive relief.
  • Commercial Piracy: Litigation for lost revenue + punitive damages.

6. Permissions & Licensing Requests

For legal reuse (e.g., therapists, educators):

    • Duration of use.
      Licensing fees and terms apply. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
